THESE TERMS OF USE ARE BINDING ON EVERYONE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE IN WHOLE OR WITH ANY PART OF THEM, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY

You agree that when using the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx), you are obliged to follow these ToU. We reserve the right to change the ToU from time to time, and your use of the services after each such change will mean your acceptance of the changes made to the ToU. Therefore, it is important that you get acquainted with the new edits in a timely manner, which you can find out about by changing the number of the current version of the ToU.

1. Ensuring security

   We try to make our Services as safe as possible, but we cannot guarantee this. To achieve this task, we need your assistance, which includes: the execution of these ToU, as well as participation in our Global Justice System and internal complaint procedures designed to resolve disputes concerning personal and virtual property. In particular, you agree to the following:

   1. When using the Union 3dx virtual world (Union3dx) You should not harm other Users. You must not harm, coerce, intimidate, threaten, harass, harass any other User, or make rude, offensive or defamatory remarks about any User, or do anything else that any sane person would consider unacceptable. The 3dx Alliance is a virtual version of the real world, including its standards of behavior. You are not allowed to do anything towards another User that would be immoral, harmful or illegal in the real world.
   2. You must not harm anything related to the virtual world of the 3dx Alliance or their resources (for example, design tools, hardware or software, including chat rooms, public and private places). Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: releasing viruses or other hostile programs, disabling or harming any of the systems and services of the Soyuz 3dx virtual world (Union3dx), blocking the software of the Soyuz 3dx virtual world (Union3dx), phishing or using automated access tools (such as bots, robots, search agents, etc.), fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, counterfeiting of virtual currency. You should not use a virtual object, and also use them if they are obtained through account hacking, phishing, or automatically generated scripts, as well as other methods not provided for by these ToU. We reserve the right to decide which actions are equivalent to harming the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx).
   3. You should not use the Union 3dx virtual world (Union3dx) to send spam, as well as send other inappropriate messages, the same type of messages (flood) in general and/or personal chats.
   4. Our Moderators are authorized by us to moderate actions in the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx), and they can take appropriate actions in the event of a violation of the ToU data. Moderators and administrators investigate data breaches of the ToU. Filing false complaints is the direct basis for the complete disconnection of the User from the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx).

2. Personal information

   1. You should independently consider possible issues related to confidentiality and your personal security before disclosing your personal information to other Users. It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to distribute or publish any other User's personal information without their consent. You may not post photos of any other User without their special written consent, duly executed.
   2. We are not responsible for the violation of the confidentiality of your personal information by other Users.

3. Content and virtual property.

   1. You should always respect other people's property. The concept of "property" includes objects that belong to the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx), or belong to other users, including, but not limited to the following: information, software, scripts, codes, animations, textures, virtual objects, avatars, videos, photos, graphics, pointers, text and any other unique content, presented as separate elements, or combined in a certain way, for example, streets, alleys and other virtual spaces and premises, virtual currency.
   2. You must refrain from theft, destruction, deletion or other actions in relation to virtual property that would be unacceptable or illegal in the real world.
   3. You must not use other people's property without their written permission. This includes the use of our Property: materials (including, but not limited to, software, codes, scripts, designs, textures, virtual objects, signs, signage, texts, videos, slogans, avatars, and other similar elements.
   4. We do not check the materials (hereinafter referred to as "content") posted by users through the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx) and are not responsible for such content. We are also not responsible for any content uploaded or streamed by users. We will enforce these Terms of Use in the case of illegal or offensive content when this is reported to us.
   5. We are not responsible for any content posted on third-party websites, even if there are mutual links.
   6. If we decide that the posted material is illegal, may be illegal, violates the data of the ToU or is unacceptable for other reasons (based on our own discretion), for example, as a result of a request from the content owner, User, other third party, or otherwise, in this case we reserve the right to delete, block access to or move this kind of content, as well as delete related links. You are solely responsible for all content posted by you.
   7. We may remove any content that you distribute in public and/or private regions if we decide that it violates someone's rights (for example, privacy violation, defamation, harassment, etc.). If we removed the content that you distributed because of a complaint, and you believe that we if you deleted it by mistake, then you can submit a counter complaint to us for consideration.

4. 1. Your account
   2. A prerequisite for account registration is the user's age - at least 18 years. We will not accept applications from users under the age of 18. We reserve the right to use any age verification method that we consider acceptable.
   3. You must not register an account for any other user other than yourself without our written permission.
   4. You must not share your password with anyone. You also must not grant other users access to your account or perform other actions that jeopardize the security of your account and personal information.
   5. You cannot transfer your account to any other user, and you are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
   6. We reserve the last word regarding the account name. If your account name or identity card in any way contradicts the data of other users, or is confusing, as well as if the name looks like the account name of our employees or is otherwise misleading, we may ask you to change the account name, and you are obliged to do so, according to our request.
   7. In case of violation of these Terms of Use by you, we have the right to terminate granting you access to the virtual world of the Union 3dx (Union3dx) partially or completely, temporarily or permanently. You will be able to find out about all the changes in granting you access to the Soyuz 3dx virtual world the next time you try to access your account.

5. Virtual currency

   The virtual currency of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union3dx) is called "Coins".

   1. We grant you a limited right to use this fictional currency to the extent that we have established. We have the absolute right to determine the maximum amount of virtual currency that can be earned - based on each type of activity, day, account or individual user. This may lead to a limit on the maximum amount on each account for owners of multiple accounts.
   2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to regulate, modify, eliminate or otherwise manage the virtual currency as we deem appropriate.

   We reserve the right to completely remove the virtual currency system. Coins are a fictional virtual currency that does not have its own value.

RULES OF BEHAVIOR
in the virtual world of Union3dx (Union3dx)

THIS RULES OF BEHAVIOR (hereinafter referred to as RoB) ARE SUPPLEMENT TO THE TERMS OF USE. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TWO DOCUMENTS, THE TERMS OF USE WILL PRIORITY

1. Changing 3D client files

   Forbidden:

   1. Change the configuration of the 3D client files in any way that is not allowed. Unauthorized methods are all methods other than those expressly provided by us.
   2. Modify files to remove any restrictions provided
   3. Change files to impersonate an administrator or moderator of the Union3dx virtual world (Union3dx).

   1st Violation: The violator will be given a verbal warning. Depending on the severity of the violation, the first violation may be counted as the second.
   2nd violation: the offender may be forcibly disconnected from the 3D client with a possible ban (ban) for 24 hours, and also, the offender's account may be deleted at our discretion * If you have accidentally corrupted the client files, we strongly recommend that you reinstall the client before the next launch.

2. Age restrictions

   If you are under the age of 18 OR another age of majority appropriate for your country, then you are not entitled to use the Union3dx virtual world (Union3dx). In the event that we become aware of access to the virtual world Soyuz3dx (Union3dx) of minors, we have the right to block or delete the violator's account at our discretion. If an adult user has given a minor access to their account, then we will act based on the same principles.

3. Measurement language

   You can use any language to send messages. It is also not forbidden to write messages in Latin (using the English keyboard layout)

4. Using system errors to gain unauthorized access

   1st violation: verbal warning.

   2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with a possible denial of access (ban) for 24 hours

   3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the offender's account

   We welcome the help of users in troubleshooting errors. If you find a system error, then first go to a place that will not arouse suspicion, and then report the error to one of the moderators and then proceed in accordance with the moderator's instructions.

5. Aggressive behavior (provocations, insults, profanity*, inciting ethnic hatred)

   Aggressive behavior means any intentional, unwanted aggressive actions and words, profanity that offends other users, including, but not limited to: messages in 3D client chats (world chat, local chat), statuses, offensive nicknames, censorship on the air. Provocation is a type of psychological manipulation carried out in the interests of a provocateur in order to induce someone to certain actions that entail negative consequences for the actors. Aggressive behavior is a motivated destructive behavior that is contrary to the norms (the present rules of BEHAVIOR of 3dxUNION) of the coexistence of people, harming the objects of attack, causing moral damage to people or causing them psychological discomfort. Inciting ethnic hatred - Propaganda or agitation aimed at inciting ethnic or religious hatred or discord Profanity that does not offend 3dxUnion other users is allowed in private locations, except for those locations that are fixed on a permanent basis. Locations that have the status of "standard" (fixed) are subject to the general rules without exception.

   1st violation: verbal warning.

   2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with the denial of access (ban), determined by the moderator, depending on the severity of the violation

   3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the offender's account*

6. Flooding and spamming in 3D client chats, as well as advertising, including in private messages, are a violation of these Rules.

   1st violation: verbal warning with possible removal of posted materials

   2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with access denial (ban) for 24 hours with possible deletion of the offender's account.

7. Giving a password or access to your account to other users.

   If we discover that someone else is using your account, we have the right to regard these actions as theft and take appropriate action with the involvement of the appropriate authorities. In addition to this, we will take the following actions:

   1st violation: verbal warning.

   2nd offence: verbal warning and possible second disconnection from the 3D client with possible access closure (ban) for a short time

   3rd violation: ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the offender's account

8. Fraud

   Attempts to obtain personal/secret information of other users, administrators and moderators of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union 3dx) using any fraudulent actions will be considered as a violation of these RoB. Personal/private information includes, but is not limited to the following: login name (login) and password for logging in, IP address, location address.

   1st violation: verbal warning, as well as taking additional measures if necessary; depending on the severity of the violation, the first violation may be counted as the second.

   2nd violation: disconnection from the 3D client with possible denial of access (ban) and possible deletion of the offender's account.

9. Follow the instructions of a Moderator or Administrator

   You should always behave respectfully towards the moderator. Their main task is to monitor the implementation of these rules by users and apply appropriate sanctions in case of their violation.

   In case of disrespectful attitude towards the moderator in the form of aggressive or offensive words/actions, as well as in case of disobedience to the instructions of the moderator in world and local chats, the following awaits you:

   1st violation: verbal warning

   2nd violation: disconnection from the 3D client with possible denial of access (ban)

   3rd violation: disconnection from the 3D client, ban for at least 24 hours with possible deletion of the offender's account.

10. Posting inappropriate or prohibited content

    If we receive information that you are posting illegal or prohibited content (for example, infringing someone's copyright, related to child pornography, related to inciting ethnic hatred, etc.) It is forbidden to post any links to third-party resources in the profile, in chats, private messages in the game. Messages containing advertising unauthorized by the administration, including those veiled as a picture, screen, photo, will be completely deleted by the moderators. Restrictions also apply to the user profile. The moderator has the right to remove photos containing links to external resources, regarded by the moderator as advertising.

    1st Violation: Verbal warning and request to remove inappropriate/prohibited content. It is also possible to delete the violator's account and other additional actions that we deem necessary in this situation

    2nd violation: ban with possible deletion of the offender's account

    We reserve the right to decide what content is inappropriate and remove such content from our servers.

11. Impersonating a virtual world administrator/moderator Union 3dx (Union 3dx)

    Impersonation of the administrator / moderator of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union 3dx) is not allowed. All administrators / moderators of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union 3dx) have distinctive features in the 3D world: a badge and the corresponding color of the avatar name, as well as the corresponding information in the profile. A user who claims to be an administrator / moderator of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union 3dx), but does not have the indicated signs, is not such and, as a result, becomes a violator of these rules.

    1st violation: verbal warning, and further action if necessary

    2nd violation: forced disconnection from the 3D client with possible denial of access (ban); it is also possible to delete the offender's account.

12. Decisions and actions of the administrator of the virtual world Union 3dx (Union 3dx)

    Decisions made by the administrator of the Union 3dx virtual world (Union 3dx), and related actions, are final and not subject to discussion or dispute. In case of any disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards the administrator, the latter has the right to apply sanctions at his own discretion, including, but not limited to: exposing from the location, temporary ban or account blocking.

13. Account name (nickname)

    We reserve the final word on the account name. If your account name, in our opinion, offends other users, moderators, administrators, or contains profanity of any kind, and also if the name looks like the name of our administrators' account or is otherwise misleading, then, at our request, you must change your nickname within 24 hours. Your access to the 3D world will be temporarily blocked until you make the appropriate changes.

14. BANS

    1. 1st BAN - 1 day

       2nd BAN - 3 days + removal of colored nickname

       3rd BAN - 7 days + shutdown of all provided movable equipment

       5th BAN - 1 month

       6th BAN - perpetual (at the discretion of the SERVER ADMINISTRATOR)

       p/s Any BAN can become permanent at the discretion of the server administrator.

    2. For systematic violations of server rules in a location that has the status of "standard" (fixed in the list of locations) - the location loses this status. The owners of these locations are responsible for the order in these locations.
    3. RP. When you are in the RP location, in addition to these rules, the rules and requirements of the RP community apply. If these rules and requirements are violated, the user is removed from the location without warning. In case of systematic violations of the user in the RP locations, a BAN is issued regardless of whether the moderator is present in the location or not.
    4. Dissemination and disclosure of personal, real information about users, as well as their relatives, family. BAN - 5 years!!! Including if the disseminated information was a fake.
